Those of you who know me, know that I owe getting my “life” back from finding structured Beachbody workouts that I do from home.  I really like this article from The Kansas City Star as she has listed six other benefits of exercise, besides weight loss, that really do define “Life”.

  1. Get better and easier sleep
  2. Quick way to blow off some steam
  3. Improve your sex life
  4. Boost your energy levels
  5. Lower your blood pressure without medication
  6. Help your children avoid obesity

EDIT: Looks like the article was taken down or removed, which bums me out.  It was really good!  I’ll look at pulling more info for the list of 6 for you all.
